"Every time these guys come for “maintenance” we end up with new issues. They came for an annual checkup yesterday when things were working fine. This morning we have no heat. This is literally the FIFTH time they’ve created new problems for us and left us worse off than we were. We’re having a big holiday party tonight which we’ll likely have to cancel. Same thing has happened with A/C maintenance. They are quite literally value diminishing."
